Being the lead specialist through a performance agency, I managed their Email Marketing across their B2C, B2B function of the business.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, I managed a complex CRM system and executed weekly B2C and B2B campaigns,

In addition, I was driving the email automation strategy around their monthly B2B events with the objective to nurture new franchisee leads.

This has been very successful with the recent event alone generating 1220+ quality franchise leads in a joint collaboration with the paid social team which was then nurtured via email automations converted to event attendees and further down the line, converted to new franchisees store owners.
