I was privileged to work with this client through a performance agency.

In this project, I autonomously designed and built Kookai's Email Master Template aligned with UX and email design best practises to optimise conversions and deliverability.

Since implementing this template and strategising the email automations, there has been a significant growth in revenue attributed.

In addition, there was a direct increase in engagement such as as click rates, conversion rates and open rates across their campaign since the implementation of the template.

Kookai uses this template to date for all of their email campaigns.
